TROPICAL CHIA PUDDING

Directions :

  • Combine chia, oats, milk, vanilla, salt in a container and leave to set overnight or for at least 20 min.
  • When ready to serve, toast coconut flakes in a dry pan on the stove over low heat for 3 minutes. Watch them closely!
  • Divide pudding into two containers. Top with orange, mango, pepitas, and coconut flakes before serving.
