"Polish sausage and potatoes, flavored with onion and fresh rosemary, cooked in foil. You can also bake the packets in the oven."
Ingredient :
- 1lb lean kielbasa, cut in 2 inch thick slices
- 2large red potatoes, chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 1medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
- 2sheets heavy duty aluminum foil, 18 x 16 inches
Directions :
- Preheat barbecue grill.
- Place kielbasa, potatoes and onion on a double layer of foil and drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and toss.
- Fold edges of foil together to seal packet.
- Cover and grill 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
